It sits on the Capitola Lagoon, a wide sandy beach between it and Monterrey Bay.

Also FYI this place doesn't have central heating. This should be included as is toilet paper for the toilet.Had the best time and stay at this lovely little beach villa. About half the rooms have views from what I can tell.

If you're looking for luxury or modern amenities, this place is not for you. I can't wait to come back! Il n'y avait pas de clim dans la chambre. Il y a des tonnes et des tonnes de circulation à pied à n'importe quelle heure. The vibrant colours, various plant life  and beautiful, sunny weather is so well received. Very clean and well kept grounds, pleasant and helpful office staff. Popular attractions Capitola Beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk are located nearby.

This year the rules were changed with no notification. Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.6 for a two-person trip.
