The Bay is literally across the street from the RV Park and Morro Bay restaurants and shopping are within walking distance down a foot/bike trail. Also has a fenced dog run. No grass or trees. Will stay there again in my tent trailer when I'm areaThere's only 2 things going for this campground, cool weather and hot, free showers. Hope they consider, because it is a very nice, convenient place to camp. And super friendly people.

The place was overrun with very trashy people who were loud,  drunk and disrespectful well past "quiet hours". Sites are small but doesn't matter because the location is amazing.

The location of this RV Park is great! Not far.from the rock. Lots of things to do right on the Pacific Beach, on the Bay, lots of shops as well. Will not be staying here again.This park is very old and crowded. The only good thing about it was you can walk to town and the ocean is across the street. Right now I'm sitting outside enjoying the ocean breeze and enjoying My personal bitching aside, this place has a great location, laundry, We were in A4, in the first cul-de-sac from the entrance making us quite close to the waste-5-Star Vacation Rentals on California's beautiful Central Coast.
