Most reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful to the point you dreaded having to go down. I had reported it immediately and the security did look around and investigate in cameras but came out with no results and after no further investigation was done into my case as if it never happened! Even after this occurrence I had continued to reside in the accommodation for my tenancy term as I was still paying weekly.

I have stayed with unite for a year and have had both good and bad experiences. Most of them have no idea what they are doing and there is no organization or control.. Instead, they have charged me a second time.

The entire time I lived there, we only had half a working hob which would often trip the electric to the entire flat, a fridge that was room temperature at best, and a freezer that wouldn't close so we were having to defrost it every week. I have heard people tell me I should stay away, but I thought it couldn't be that bad.

Maintenance requests were marked as completed despite us being in the flat all day and never seeing a soul. I had only left the building due to THE PANDEMIC not BY CHOICE and they tell me that I cannot retrieve my stuff anymore even after paying them their FULL RENT. I had a new printer and lighting stolen in which I was very lucky that I haunt fully moved in or else who knows what else would have been stolen that day! My experience this year in Unite Students in Liverpool has been wonderful. Terrible experience experience with their costumer service. All rights reserved. Very poor wouldn’t recommend. This one got ignored as well. I have booked with unite students and now I need to cancel, they don’t have working phones, it’s very poor form, they try to make you webchat that doesn’t get you anywhere. Rent was going to cost 129 a week. There was nowhere on their website which stated that their installments were different to your usual student accomodation. They will never care about your complaints, even if they act like they do. Enter your search criteria and click 'search'. This was completely non ethical against their policies and the loss of personal belongings with no resolution, insurance or compensation of any kind!!

Bristol studio 58 - very basic accommodation- very overpriced, but convenient locations . Call Customer Service and contact via email and every agent says a different thing. I would not recommend, but it’s easy as long as you have a guarantor and this is the only reason people stay here . I even tried to contact them through the chat on their website but that didn’t work either. Nowhere did it say how much the deposit was going to cost.

I had to borrow 250 off my step mum and boyfriends mum to pay it as my loan wasnt being paid till 17th August. That was over a month ago. I would not advise anyone to choose Unite Students. I tried to complain about this to the main office and was ignored. I wish I could give 0 stars. Doors fell off kitchen cupboards and heating broke eventually fixed after a few weeks. Book accomodation through your university and don't make the same mistake I did Awful. I would seriously give no stars if I could. Visit this website

Noise complaints at 5am when we had exams at 9am were ignored. I get an email from unite students so I can pay my deposit. 'Oh we sent a cheque to your address', 'Oh, we never sent a cheque, due to Covid-19 we arent sending cheques', 'Oh, we sent you an e-mail to rearrange the BACS.' They wanted me to pay the whole price by easter. They have ignored all my emails and still not given me my refund. Booked a room through campusboard which was linked to unite students. Your room will have a three-quarter size bed, fitted wardrobe and storage space and a study desk.

I did get an email from my building saying even if you have left you can collect your parcels before they are put away after the 4 weeks of no collection.
