I call back and they rep tells me oh I'm sorry, it was never shipped, we will over night it and have the shipping cost refunded for having so much trouble. I called them to find out what I can do about it and all they could did was tell us to keep the product that we can't use and they will take 30% off our next order. I called, told them my mistake, then I paid an additional shipping cost of $13.99 to have it over nighted on April 10th. They will not stand behind there work. You have to provide your own upload, then when you do and send it PDF cause they do not know how to use anything else, it is printed with low quality ink, and not brite. The first time I ordered from them the shipping was only $14 for over 1000 bookmarks, now they want to charge me $31 for 150 bookmarks.
