Ate at Loggerheads and again had great service and the Buffalo wings and chopped salad were good. During one evening our cable stopped working and within 3 minutes two technicians arrived and fixed it in a few minutes. Cold a/c, separate shower and tub, coffee pot, small stove and refrigerator. Hammock Beach Resort is easy to reach, both by air and by car.

Location was perfect. Broken chair leg. Our room number 338. We did not return until 10 PM that evening and of course began noticing all the issues. I really enjoyed the golf and preferred the Conservatory course over the Ocean course. Located six remote controls for this room, none of the remotes matched the TV brand. Chairs and umbrellas are available first come first serve. Tv's in bedroom and living room. If traveling by car, the resort is a brief drive from exit 289 (Palm Coast and Beaches) off of Interstate 95. The beach is just a free for all, find what you can.

"Love this hotel. Overall we had a great stay and I wished we would have booked for 3 nights instead of two.
The views are spectacular we were able to reserve room with ocean front view which was amazing just the sound of the waves takes you away. They should not be renting this room out!I have a Condo at the Hammock Beach resort and Tamoka property management is the property manager. We actually left a day early. Golf day was terrific. The lazy river pool was freezing!!! They provided us lots of information about what was around as well as recommendations on restaurants off site. Be careful they can cut you when. Cigarette butts, nails in elevator, restaurants and everywhere you go smells moldy, pool area is grossThe first room we went to (i think room 115 was horrible. One of rooms was very clean and comfortable, the other room there was a roach. I've stayed in many resorts and I'd have to say I've never left feeling so disappointed. Light switches did not work in all rooms.

looked fun too but it being 4th of July week it was to packed for us.If you plan on staying here, I HIGHLY recommend requesting which seemed cool but most of our kiddos were Then we had a very bad experience with the manager Heather at the pool who was also very rude. The boys at the bar gave a great service they did deserve that 20%!!! The Lodge it self is in need of some soffit repair and they should consider to replace the roof. No real complain there. The 3 bedroom luxury condo on the ocean tower was actually fine.

We ventured out and ate dinner at 386 one night. Bedroom 1 with two twins again had very dated furniture. This was resort was absolutely lovely. With exceptional amenities, such as our recently updated suites and facilities, 36 holes of Signature Golf by legends Nicklaus and Watson, a rejuvenating spa, tennis, marine activities, multi-level water park including a three-story slide and lazy river, fire pits and … Hammock Beach Resort is situated on over two miles of pristine unspoiled beaches just south of historic St. Augustine. You get what you pay for. The beach has rocks that are hidden out in the water.

Watched the sunrise one morning from our balcony. We were advised they would limit the pool capacity to 50%. Otherwise the staff was friendly and hopefully next time I can stay again but at the main tower with family!!! I have several issues go un-addressed by this company. Hammock Beach Resort is situated on over two miles of pristine unspoiled beaches just south of historic St. Augustine. If you get this room DEMAND a change. If you go with family, good luck getting any chairs together, let alone umbrellas. It rained both days we were there and they closed down the pools.

I ordered takeout at the Delphino and they slapped on 20% gratuity in addition to that one of the pizzas I ordered was not cooked the dough was raw and it had a bunch of red sauce. Throughout the unit, electrical outlets were hanging off the walls. The resort features 330 luxury accommodations that range from ocean view studios to multi-bedroom condominiums that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were awesome. We've stayed 4 times…""We stayed here in October 2018 but I forgot to do a review for it. Beware if you are staying in the lodge, though, it is very noisy. Furniture is old and worn. Room 437 overlooked the fountain and the ocean.

The view was spectacular. We stayed in the main building (room 437) in a one bedroom suite with ocean view.

We sat out there a lot. Could never get the faucet to work and get hot water. The first day it was closed for the rest of the afternoon and the second day they opened it back up but they could have done it sooner than they did. Check in was ok but not great for an upscale place. We dropped our bags and immediately headed out to meet our family near by. The room was nice and the bed… It's not the Ritz but it's a good deal for the money. It's inexpensive but clean, has everything you need, close to the beach and public pier and extra friendly staff. Balcony had a beautiful view of the pool, golf course and beach. I just think the whole staff would benefit greatly by taking a hospitality class on how to treat guests.
