Beds were comfortable, and the shower was very powerful. Staff could not be nicer. They also charge you for items in the room that you didn't even use & TAX IT. Room has nice size fridge, microwave and cute furnishings. It looks like an extension of the 1 star Extended Stay next door. If I were part of the Marriott family, I would cut this hotel loose ASAP. Inside, recharge in modern, pet-friendly hotel rooms that boast plush beds, mini-refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, ample desks, and WiFi, as well as large windows revealing Burbank, CA views. This place is disgusting my wife and I checked in the room was dirty blood on the bed spider webs on the ceiling. It's clean, accommodating and convenient. The lame lobby cafe is only open from 6-10 am the reopens at 5 pm until 10pm. The servers are nice and I feel so sorry for them because they have to work here. Comfy. Very close to Target and other shops and restaurants. Pool area is great, outdoor in the back-they have a fire pit with comfy chairs and "Let me start out that we did not pick this place because of completely wonderful reviews on yelp or trip advisor.

I have been a member for 20 years and travel all over the US I would rather stay at an outdated courtyard that is clean and ran well then a renovated one that is lacking ..
