The Mohave County Election Department tallied … An MCSO Dive Rescue Team Member and the dog’s owner entered the cold water and were able to get control of the dog and bring her to the patrol boat. They advised that the dog had been swimming for an extended period of time, and were worried about its safety because of the cold water.
