Ever since, she's had similar visions of things she couldn't possibly know.Psychic is a subtle giallo, which manages to be quite gripping without excesses of violence or any nudity. The Letterboxd community is full of spirited, inquisitive and sometimes opinionated characters who mostly follow our community guidelines and interact in a friendly and courteous manner. The film focuses on a psychic who discovers a body hidden in the wall of her husbands house, after having a vision of the girl's death. And he uses the premonitions of his protagonist to tell us exactly what's going to happen to her--but not how--and let us cringe as she walks right into it. This would be a very dumb reason not to watch a Fulci film though. The obvious reason is that, of course, you know how they're going to end (either it comes true or it doesn't) and more often than not these stories hew close to the formula. Well worth a read.… We get three intense closeups on the face as the body is falling — shredding flesh against the jagged rocks in ridiculously bloody fashion. A woman with psychic powers has a vision of a murder that took place in a house owned by her husband. And a psychic woman who witnesses a murder even though she's not sure who was killed, where they were killed...she doesn't know anything except what the victim looks like and the room in which she was killed. Other gruesome murders start occurring shortly thereafter, and the teacher suspects that he may be the cause of them.

Nevertheless it has a great performance from Jennifer O Neill, tons of atmosphere and an amazingly tense ending.Favorite Fulci, had me absolutely hooked.
