This slightly sweet flavoured with fresh basil makes a light nourishing meal along with some slices of toasted bread. Soups can be a comforting, wholesome & nutritious meal for you. Next, I'm gonna chop two medium sized carrots, I'm adding carrots to the soup to make it more flavorful and more creamier If you don't want to add the carrots, you can make the soup without them. After about two minutes add the chop tomatoes and mix them well next add two teaspoons of salt one teaspoon pepper now you can adjust the seasoning according to your taste cook the tomatoes for about three to four minutes then add about two cups of water but this is a two fifty ML cup so I have added about five hundred ml of water cook the tomatoes for about ten to fifteen minutes till they are nice and machine make sure the carrots are cooked as well after fifteen minutes open a sauce pan the carrots the tomatoes are cooked perfectly a cool this mixture completely make sure it comes to room temperature before you pureate transfer the cook tomatoes to a mixer jar and blend it to a fine puree while blending add a little water it required fourth the puree through a seed and strain it completely doing this will give the super very smooth and creamy texture transfer for the back into the sauce pan A Cup of water into the Bowl and pour the remaining into the sauce Pan mix it all together and you can see the soup is coming together.
