Praying for the Davis Family and Nations Ford Church Family! My heart is heavy from this Tragic news I learned of Today! It was an honor to have known him. I was looking for a church for our family to attend and become members too. I was there when Nations Ford started in 86. That alone brings great joy to our heavy hearts. That would have been 1994 -- I attended the Wednesday night sessions in the gym, and heard his amazing teaching on the origin and history of Halloween -- it was eye opening and a game changer for me.When I first moved to Charlotte. It has been an honor to know U all over the years I will surely miss Bishop Phillip Davis.I was under his leadership. He was a strong servant leader that will be greatly missed in our community. My prayers are with his family and the good people of Nations Ford Community Church. May you take comfort in the reassurance that God has worked mightily through the vessel of Bishop Davis, and he has blessed the lives of countless individuals throughout the earth to receive salvation, deliverance, healing and freedom through the gospel message taught by Bishop Davis. Bishop Davis has been my Spiritual Mentor since 1995. And I preached also at Nations Ford Community Church where Dr. Davis pastored. He had a sense of humor at times before he got into his Reading!
