It is the third public access path along Carbon Beach. From this access you can walk west on the sand a short distance to the Street parking is available along Pacific Coast Highway near the access and also on the second floor of the shopping center at 22601 PCH. While some of the other beaches on this list might get pretty tiny at high-tide, this beach is almost sure to have a nice dry patch of sand.
