Beautiful but isolated.San Marino is a very small suburban town near Los Angeles, CA. The school system is excellent. When you are at the top of Hawthorne boulevard and driving southbound down the hill, you can view the ocean from the right hand side and in front of you.

Downtown could use more nightlife. It's truly the best time of year, 75 degrees, puffy clouds, deep blue sky, and the flowers are coming out. My kids cannot afford to move out. It's day three of our video shoot with Kurt Nielsen from Pii.

My kids cannot afford to move out. Overall the city is very community orientated and is well kept. I would like to see fewer apartments and condos built for a change because the Arcadia public schools are very packed. The Great Park also has many fun activities like hopping onto the carousel or (my personal favorite) viewing the whole city and become mesmerized by the landscape from a hot air balloon. The surrounding area is also extremely beautiful with amazing weather. Tustin is very family oriented, a safe city and in within proximity of walking trails, shopping, and a short car drive from the beach and Disneyland!Cerritos is a very Asian dominant filled city. Over a 5 year period, we successfully doubled attendance from 25,000 to 50,000. People around here are very kind. Congratulations on 25 years! The Village is trying to encourage affordable housing but developers are greedy and don’t charge reasonable rents.

It is not much different from other suburbs I have lived in before.Newport is an affluent town that I could not characterize as urban, suburban, or rural. That should give you a clue.

An Interview with Tim Tyson Many kids go to college after high school, and there's a lot of stress on students. We are a Somerville family which truly is a family! On early mornings strictly from 5:00 to 7:00 on weekends, the streets are so vacant that me and my brother sometimes wake up between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00, and we play football in the street; never worrying about cars driving by. The city itself is pretty safe, and if there were anything, local authorities are always on top of it. The village, which is part of Eastchester, has it's own Mayor, police department, justice court, fire department, library and hospital. The political temperature is conservative and at times it is like being in an echo chamber during debates.I've lived in the same home my whole life.

The Lemon Tree Restaurant is the dining out choice for many local people. The High School and Elementary Schools are great, but the middle school is questionable.

Each house is unique and everyone maintains their home and gardens. I have nothing but good things to say about the township, in general, and Monmouth Junction, in particular. Tim Tyson and the management team continue to bring life back to the Huntsville, AL facility with tremendous growth over the past 9 months, and new hires starting every week.

The only downside is the neighborhood can be difficult to navigate if never driven in before; however, this can be solved with a navigational device. The downtown area is small and everything seems to shut down by 9pm, with only 2 or 3 restaurant/bars staying open past then. The down town area called "The Village" is a great place to go on a Friday night to thang out with some friends for drinks or food.

From groceries at Costco to food at Chile's and clothing at Vans, this is the place to live. The people are nice and very eco friendly.

It's a nice, quiet town. I have not noticed it, but I can believe it.

We have made friends with families from all over town (through our kids sports, etc) and I know that every family loves their elementary school and neighborhoods. I always feel a sense of protection when walking down a street which is provided by our local police department.
