Kitchen cleaning is very good and helpful for the every 2 weeks they come.Everything breaks all the time in both the kitchen and bedrooms, when I moved in the paint needed redoing in the hallways but hadn't been redone, any complaints made to reception are faced with negativity and unhelpfulness from the staff, they didn't provide a kettle, toaster or iron at the start of the year, the lifts are always breaking...The building is very nice and modern and I wouldn't of chose any of the other halls over it. The view is very nice if you're on one of the higher floors and the kitchen is a reasonable size but more fridge space would be ideal too. Not the biggest fan of the location as it's super close to the stadium which makes it super crowded sometimes. The social experience is fun as everyone is welcoming and ready to party.
